• To be eligible for a real estate license, the state of Florida requires you to...
  • be at least 18 years of age
  • have a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
  • receive approval of your state application
  • complete and pass a state approved 63 hour course
  • pass a state examination
  • You do not need to be a Florida resident

Life brings emergencies and unexpected events. You are allowed to miss up to 8 hours of class time .  Anything over the 8 hours must be made up and there is a fee of no less than $30  per hour. Time is not prorated.  Minumim is $30.00 You can not sit for the class test until time is made up.
